Your privacy matters to us and we do not disclose any of the information you provide to third parties.  When you place an order online via our website or register with us, the details you provide (such as your name, telephone number, e-mail and delivery address) are stored on our system, as are details of your purchase history and any comments, favourite products or preferences you specify.  Your payment card details are not stored by us.

If you order an item or register with us online, you may from time to time receive notifications from us (by email and/or text message) regarding upcoming events, special offers or general updates and news on what we have been up to.  You may opt out of such notifications at any time by simply clicking ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of our emails or by replying ‘STOP’.

Terms and Conditions:

  • To join our loyalty scheme, subscribe with us and we will provide you with your loyalty card when you next make a purchase, in-store or online.

  • The loyalty card is non-transferable and must be presented upon purchase to receive a stamp (subject to minimum spend of £20).

  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • No more than one reward to be redeemed at a time.

  • We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions of the loyalty reward scheme at any time but we will inform you of any changes.

  • If we elect to terminate the loyalty reward scheme, we will inform you and you will have thirty days in which to redeem any accrued rewards.

  • Any personal information we gather from you for the purposes of the administration of the loyalty scheme will be held securely by us in accordance with our data privacy policy referred to above and will not be passed on to any third party.  We may seek to contact you by email to keep you informed of any significant changes to the scheme and to alert you to any special offers which we believe may be of interest to you.  You may opt out of such emails at any time by simply clicking ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of our emails or by replying ‘STOP’.
