DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery Policy

We will deliver your items free of charge to any address within a three kilometre radius (subject to a minimum spend of £70).  Next-day delivery is available for all orders placed by 5 pm.  If you need your order on the same day, please call us by 2pm and we will try to arrange this.  For orders below £70, please call us to arrange delivery.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We have a strictly ‘no returns’ policy (except for in the case of out-of-condition wines).

 

We are happy to exchange items with valid proof of purchase within fourteen days.

 

In the unlikely event of an incorrect item being delivered to you, we will offer you a refund or replacement upon return of the incorrect item if you notify us within three working days of delivery.

 

If you reserve a spot at one of our events and are unable to attend, we ask that you please inform us as soon as you can as spaces are limited.  For a full refund, we require a minimum of three working days’ notice.  A 50% cancellation charge will be applied in all other cases.
